A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival for Kilimanjaro climbing programs, and 60 days prior to arrival for Safari programs. If the reservation is made within 60 days of departure the whole amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be received in writing. Since all suppliers charge cancellation fees, the same is passed on to us. Following is the scale for cancellation charges:
No cancellation charge if· canceled 60 days prior to arrival. Except for properties that operate a non-refundable deposit policy. For such properties, you shall be notified at the time of booking.
- 30% of total Invoice if canceled between· 59 – 36 days prior to arrival.
- 50% of the total Invoice if canceled between· 35- 22 days prior to arrival.
- 100% of the total Invoice if canceled 21· days prior to arrival.
